On Time and Under Budget
People who plan their performance generally perform better than those who don't. The same is true of small businesses and large organizations' initiatives. While planning is a lot of upfront work, so is maintaining the implementation of those plans and keeping them on course. Though it's sometimes hard to see, the overall savings in terms of time and money is usually well worth the effort. Clear communication with stakeholders and specialists is essential.
Systems analysis, business proposals, security incident reports, workload projections, employee productivity trends, user training preparation, and executive level presentations form a great part of my professional background... a bit of script writing for training and entertainment too.
